Bought the skirt to wear with matching top

Bought the skirt to wear with matching top. Went by the measurements online to mine and it is a smaller fit should have sized up but then it would have been too big around my waist. Bit unhappy about their sizing at times. They need to get better with it. Material a lot thinner than I thought it was going to be
