To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request by completing the form below.
Once your request has been received, we will send you confirmation via email.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you submit your request before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the applicable products, including standard delivery charges where required by law.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or you have supplied evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
Returning Goods
If your withdrawal request is accepted, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
Items must be returned in accordance with applicable consumer laws. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
