Delivery times approximately 2-4 days from time of dispatch.

FREE Shipping on all orders within New Zealand.
Delivery times approximately 4-5 days from time of dispatch.
USA/Canada
$25AUD flat rate shipping fee on all orders within USA/Canada.
Delivery time approximately 3-6 business days from time of dispatch.
Rest of World
$25AUD flat rate shipping fee on all orders.
Delivery time approximately 10 days from time of dispatch.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Australia
Orders placed before 2 PM AEST are typically dispatched either the same day or the next business day. However, during periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. In these cases, please allow up to a week for your order to be shipped, though we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible!

New Zealand

DELIVERY & TRACKING
What courier do you use?
We use Startrack for the delivery of orders Australia Wide.
Our couriers are authorised to leave parcels at your address. However, if the courier considers it unsafe to leave your package, it will be taken to your local post office for collection. Your parcel will typically be available for collection in the afternoon. If your parcel has been redirected to a nearby collection point or you are unable to locate it, you can track your order using the Australia Post Tracking Service or StarTrack Track & Trace Service for the latest updates and obtain a "safe drop image" of where it has been left.
Motto uses Australia Post International for all International shipments
Do I need to sign on delivery?
No, we give authority for our couriers to leave the parcel at your address.
In the rare occasion that our courier feels that it is not safe to leave your parcel, a calling card will be left for you to pick up at your local post office.
CURRENCY AND TAX
Will I be charged in my local currency?
We process all orders in AUD, at the most current exchange rate.
Will I be charged taxes and duties?
Please note that any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of Motto Fashions and we are not aware of what they might amount to.
You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to your order. Please make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.
