To return or exchange your item, please fill out the pink returns form that was included in your parcel. It lets us know what you’re returning and whether you’d like a refund, credit, or exchange (don’t forget to note the new size if exchanging).This form must be included inside your return parcel—without it, we won’t know who the return is from or how to process it. If your form has gone walkabout, no worries—I’ve attached a copy here for you.

To create your return label, please head to our returns portal here. Follow the prompts to generate and print your label, stick it to your parcel, and drop it into any red Australia Post box or hand it over at your local post office.

Full-priced items can be returned free of charge using this method.

For sale items, you’ll be prompted to pay for postage at the time of creating your return label, as return postage is at your own expense.
