All Australian online returns are subject to a flat-rate $9.99 return fee.

Simply follow the steps below to arrange your return:

• Use the reply paid returns address found on your provided pink returns form
  
• Post your parcel at any Post Office, or place it in a Red Street posting box
  
• Returns must include the pink returns form

New Zealand: Flat Rate New Zealand Returns

We offer flat-rate $9.99 AUD returns from New Zealand.

To lodge your return:

1. Follow the New Zealand Return Portal
   
2. Enter your return details as shown on your order invoice
   
3. Review and confirm your return
   
4. We’ll email your Australia Post returns label within one business day (Monday–Friday)
   
5. Print and securely attach the label to the top of your parcel (do not cover the barcode)
   
6. Lodge your parcel at your local Post Office
   
7. Include your pink returns form in the parcel
   

The $9.99 AUD flat-rate fee will be charged to the original payment method used for your order.
