We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can get your Motto fashion fix! International delivery services do not require a signature on delivery. If you're not home, they'll leave your parcel in a safe place.

 

Motto sends all International Parcels via Australia Post International, which has track and trace capabilities. You will receive these details via email at the time of shipment.


We process all orders in AUD, but don't worry - we'll deduct the Australian local tax (10%) at checkout. And even though your cart contents will be displayed in your chosen currency, you'll checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

What is the Motto returns policy? 
Motto accepts returns for a refund on items (including sale items) within 30 days from the date of receipt. All purchases must be unworn with tags still attached. Occasionally, we mark heavily discounted styles as 'Final Sale' - these items are not eligible for a return (unless faulty, of course!)

 

How do I make a return?

You can find all the information you need to process your return with your parcel once you receive it. Our postie will deliver your returns to us, and the best part? Our lightning-fast customer care team will take care of your return the very same day we receive your returned goods. 

 

What are my return options?

1. Exchange for another item (send the original item back to us, note the size/colour you'd like to exchange for, and we’ll process the exchange order when we receive it). 

2. Store Credit to your Motto online account (this never expires)

3. Refund to your original method of payment

 

Who pays the return postage?

New Zealand:

We're offering FREE Returns to our Kiwi neighbours for a limited time. All you need to do is email our fabulous Customer Care team at [email protected], and they'll get the ball rolling for you.

Rest of the World:

If you're outside of Australia & New Zealand, you'll need to cover the return postage yourself. One small thing to note: if an item is marked as 'FINAL SALE', we won't be able to accept a return, unless it is faulty. We will issue you a full refund (if requested), less your original shipping charges, as soon as we receive your item back in our warehouse.
