We ship worldwide, so wherever you are, you can get your hands on some Motto! International delivery services do not require a signature on delivery, so if no one is home to accept your parcel, it will be left in a safe place for you.


Motto send all International Parcels via Australia Post International, which have full track and trace capabilities. All of these details will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.

Motto processes all orders in AUD. Our local tax (10%) will also be deducted in the checkout. Please note, while the contents of your basket will be displayed in your chosen currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.

Orders over $200 = Free

Orders under $200 = $20

What is the Motto returns policy? 
Motto accepts returns for a refund on items (including sale items) within 30 days from date of receipt. All purchases must be unworn with tags still attached. Its very rare, but occasionally we mark heavily discounted styles as "Final Sale", these items aren't eligable for a return (unless faulty of course!)


How do I make a return?

Don't you hate hard returns policies? So do we! Therefore, you don’t need to let us know you are returning an item. All your returns information will be included in your parcel once you receive it. Our lovely postie delivers your returns back to us with a smile and our speedy customer care team will action your return same day as receiving your returned goods.


What are my return options?

1. Exchange for another item (let us know your exchange ASAP so we can check on stock availability). 
2. Store Credit to your Motto online account (this never expires)
3. Refund to your original method of payment


Who pays the return postage?

We are an independant boutique brand, so at this stage we cant cover the cost of international returns. The buyer will be responsible for this. The moment we receive your return back in our warehouse, we will issue you with a full refund (if requested) less your original shipping charges.
