Vouchers purchased for "In Store Use" can only be redeemed at Motto Boutiques, Vouchers purchased for "Online Use" can only be redeemed in the Motto Online Store.
If you purchase the wrong type of voucher, just contact us and we will gladly change this over for you.

Motto ships via StarTrack and Express Australia Post, and once your order is marked as 'shipped', it usually takes just one business day to land on your doorstep! (Regional areas may take a smidge longer, but it's worth the wait!).

If you're not 100% in love with your new Motto goodies, don't sweat it! You can return them for a full refund, exchange, or credit note! Just make sure to return within 30 days of receipt, as our styles sell like hotcakes, and your prompt return gives another Motto lover a chance to upgrade their wardrobe too!
