FREE RETURNS POLICY*

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept a return for a refund or store credit. Please ensure your item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.

Please note "Final Sale" items are excluded from the return policy due to their heavily discounted nature.

How do I make a return?

Lodge your return here or use the return instructions included in your parcel

We offer a flat rate of $10AUD postage for all returns to our Kiwi neighbours.

All you need to do is email our Returns Queens at [email protected] with the below information, and they'll arrange a shipping label to be emailed to you.

What items you are returning

Simply return your items back to us by taking them into your local post office and sending them to the below address:

What are my return options?

  1. Refund to your original method of payment
  2. Exchange for another item (let us know your exchange ASAP so we can check on stock availability).
  3. Store Credit to your Motto online account (this never expires)

Can I return an item to a Motto retail store?

Absolutely! We want to make your life as easy as possible. At this stage, a refund cannot be completed in a Motto store unless a special arrangement has been made (which we can certainly do - just let us know prior).

Our store will lodge your return acceptance and our online team will process your refund within 1 business day. Once you have returned your item back to a store, consider it handled.

Do you cover the return costs?

FREE returns on all full priced items. If you are returning sale item/s, you will need to cover your own postage costs.

Any returns made from outside Australia or New Zealand, is at the buyers expense. Simply return your items back to us by taking them into your local post office and sending your package to us at:

How long will it take for my refund to arrive?

Please allow adequate transit time for your return to arrive. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed.

Australia: Please allow up to 5 days for your parcel to arrive back to us.

New Zealand: Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to arrive back to us.

Rest of World: Your parcel has a long journey ahead - please allow up to 15 business days for your parcel to arrive back to us.

Oh no! My item is faulty - What can I do

Motto takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, we will help you! Just contact us so we can arrange a replacement item for you immediately, offer a repair if possible, or we can give you a full refund.
