THE PROCESS
Ok, So you have just purchased the most fabulous outfit and are busting to wear it. It's our priority to get your order fulfilled, shipped and to your door as quickly as humanly possible.
Our Warehouse team are ridiculously quick and might I add super respectful of your order. We aim to have all orders fulfilled and awaiting shipment within 24 hours of them being placed. During busy sale periods, public holidays & weekends we receive an increase in order volumes which may result in a slight delay.
YOUR DELIVERY
No parcels require a signature on delivery, we feel this can be a bit of a pain if you aren't home when they attemp to deliver. Although, if our courier feels that it is not safe to leave your parcel, a calling card will be left for you to pick up at your local post office.
Motto use Startrack and Australia Post for all our courier needs. Startrack is our preferred courier for domestic addresses, while Australia Post is preferred for all PO Boxes and International shipments
INTERNATIONAL INFO
If you are an international customer, the Australian local taxes will be deducted from your order at the time of checkout. So you can expect to save 10% of our RRP on your order, in addition to our 10% member discount.
Motto processes all orders in AUD. While the contents of your basket will be displayed in your chosen currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate. The receiver will be responsible for any duties and government taxes.
