FREE RETURNS POLICY*

What is the Motto Returns Policy? 

We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your Motto purchase, so we've got an awesome Free Returns Policy for you! If you've changed your mind or the item isn't quite right, don't worry! You can return any full-priced or sale item within 30 days of receiving it. All we ask is that it's unworn and still has the tags attached. 

 

Are you returning a full-priced item?

Returning a full-priced item is easy peasy. We've got a REPLY PAID address ready for you on the back of your invoice. Just write it on your parcel (you can use any packaging) and pop it straight into a red post box - no need to head to the post office! 

 

Are you returning a sale item?

Returning a sale item? No problem! We just ask that you cover the cost of the return postage. Easy peasy, right? 

 

Some of our super-discounted items are marked as "FINAL SALE" and can't be returned (unless they're faulty, of course!). But don't worry, they're few and far between. 

 

How do I make a return?

Hate strict returns policies? So do we! Therefore, you don’t need to let us know you are returning an item. All the necessary information for your return is included with your parcel once you receive it. Our postie will deliver your returns to us, and the best part? Our lightning-fast customer care team will take care of your return the very same day we receive your returned goods. 

 

What are my return options?

1. Exchange for another item (send the original item back to us, note the size/colour you'd like to exchange for and we’ll process the exchange order when we receive it). 

2. Store Credit to your Motto online account (this never expires)

3. Refund to your original method of payment

 

Can I return an item to a Motto retail store?

Absolutely! We want to make your life as easy as possible. The store will lodge your return acceptance with our online team, and they will process your refund within one business day. 

 


REFUND TIMING

How long will it take for my refund to arrive?

Sometimes your packages can take a few days to get back to us. Please allow up to 5-10 days from the time you send your return items back for us to work our magic. We will process your request within one day of receiving it in our warehouse.


FAULTY ITEMS

Oh no! My item is faulty - What can I do?

Motto takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find a fault with one of our products, we will do our best to help you! Just reach out to our super-friendly Customer Care team, and they'll work with you to either replace your item, fix it up, or give you a full refund. You can find their contact form at the bottom of this page - easy peasy!


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

I live outside of Australia. How do I make a return?

If you're outside of Australia, you'll need to cover the return postage yourself. One small thing to note: if an item is marked as FINAL SALE, we won't be able to accept a return unless it's faulty.
